Excellent all around!
Excellent quality and timely communication!
The hoodie itself is a more sturdy fabric--a little thicker but the inside is so soft. The decal seems like it will hold up great as well. I went one size up for a slightly more oversized fit. Not much shrinkage at all when put into the dyer.
I noticed a longer delay with my order, but when I contacted, I received a response within an hour and my item was received in the mail within the next handful of days. Couldn't be happier with that as I greatly appreciate communication.
All around, I'm super satisfied with my first-time purchase and will totally order again in the future!

Thick hoodie - great quality - even better customer support!
I ordered a Small black hoodie (F, 5'3", 130) and it fits amazing! A little loose & cosy. It's a very thick material and the fabric is soft, yet sturdy. When the size Small was all sold out, customer support reached out to me and helped ensure my order once it was restocked. 10/10 would buy from this brand again.
