Please check to see if the goods you ordered were on back-order, displayed above the buy button. All back-ordered goods will be shipped out by the date stated on the product page.
Orders within the United States usually arrive within 3 - 12 business days, based on location, from date of purchase.
International shipping is available for all countries, with prices varying by location.
If a shipping issue/change is submitted more than 24 hours after the original order is placed, we cannot guarantee that the problem can be resolved.
