Disappointed
I ordered this two weeks ago for my husband for Father’s Day. They sent me a Tshirt instead of a hoodie. I’ve emailed three times with no response for the error and I’m still missing part of my order.
Even a small business should respond to order issues within 5 days of the first email.

Phenomenal
I cannot say enough about the quality of the clothing and even more so the quality of the customer service. The clothing speaks for itself but when people ask, I make sure to bring up the fact that these folks at Broken-Bow are A+.

Great Products, Excellent Customer Service
I have purchased hats, t- shirts and hoodies from Broken Bow and are thrilled with the quality and fit of each item.
What really sets Broken Bow apart is their customer service. On my Christmas order of 3 items, only 2 were shipped. I contacted Customer Service who informed me one item was sold out. They quickly refunded my money, apologized and in addition , let’s just say, “made things right”. I can’t be happier!!
