E-commerce Manager

Broken Bow is hiring an E-commerce Manager to oversee our online business and drive sustainable growth. This role will manage our Shopify storefront, CRM and email marketing through Klaviyo, site merchandising, and inventory availability. We’re looking for someone who understands how product, customer experience, retention, and inventory work together to grow an e-commerce brand.

Requirements

Strong experience managing Shopify
Experience with Klaviyo and similar CRM platforms
Strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising
Experience managing inventory and product availability
Comfortable analyzing and reporting on performance and owning online growth

Shopify management and site optimization
Klaviyo campaigns, flows, segmentation, and retention
Product launches and online merchandising
Inventory planning, forecasting, and product availability
E-commerce reporting and performance analysis
