We want you to love your Broken Bow gear. If something's not quite right, we've got you covered.

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges must be started within 14 days of receiving your item
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage are not eligible and will be considered final sale

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically process within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We'll get your exchange shipped out as soon as your original item is received and approved.
